Exclusions: Custom or made-to-order items (such as pre-order products) are final sale.

Conditions: All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

Refund Processing: Once your return is approved, we will issue your store credit and immediately process your exchanged item upon delivery.

We offer domestic and international shipping on all orders. Once your order is placed, please allow 3–5 business days for processing and dispatch.

Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after processing.International Shipping: Delivery time varies based on your location. Most international orders arrive within 10–20 business days, but delays may occur due to customs processing.

Tracking: All orders come with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your item has shipped.
